Unix / Solaris Programming

Penn State's Computer Science 311 course focuses on programming C,C++, and Bash in the Sun Solaris environment. Fundamentally, this course discussed the differences between unix-based operating systems , and how to deal with complex cross-platform issues.

Assignments included memory allocation algorithm simulations written in C and several BASH scripting exercises.
